"Dai pai dong" is characterized by its green-painted steel kitchen, untidy atmosphere, the lack of air conditioning, as well as a variety of low priced great-wok hei dishes.
Must-try food here is oyster omelette because it is cooked under different style from other part of Hong Kong. Usually oyster omelette is flat and crispy in other "Dai pai dong" but the one here is inflated a bit but still crispy. This cooking style makes it crunchy and looks more pie-like which looks great under photos.
Other dishes are up to quality under "Dai pai dong" standard and feel free to order as the price is very friendly too.
