This is my second time trying this restaurant chain. The Tuen Mun branch is about 20% cheaper than the one in Sha Tin. The soup base and spicy sauce are fairly average, and the iced lemon tea is also nothing special. However, the pig intestine, pig blood, and pig skin are very well marinated — full of flavor and stewed until very tender. Service is average overall, but the well-marinated, flavor-infused ingredients are good enough to make me come back again.
