I remember they were good the last time I was here. Thanks to my friends in Hong Kong, I've been checking out lots of cookfood stalls all around Kowloon and the New Territories on my trips frequently over the past years. Maybe it was just a busy weekend, and they had to get the food out fast. Even though it was crowded, the service was still really good.
